I found this article in the Sunday paper and thought you may need the information.
"The government is issuing millions of $40 coupons to help low-tech television owners buy special converter boxes for older TVs that might not work after the switch to digital broadcasting on Feb. 18, 2009. To request a coupon, you can apply online at www.dtv2009.gov or call 888-DTV-2009."
So, what are you waiting for? If you have an "old" set and don't want to spend $400 dollars for a new one, then call or go online to request the converter.
