Some Ideas for the Aging Body

I will turn forty this year and have noticed a few things inside and outside my body. Inside my body I have plumbing, hydration and emotional issues. On the outside I have floppy skin, dimples (not on the face) and graying hair. There are a few things I do to help aid my body. Thank goodness, I don't have any health issues at the moment so I can experiment with a few things.

Here are a few things that I use: Moisturizer (I've used Oil of Olay products for 23 years), a good creamy, body lotion (nothing that begins with alcohol in the ingredients), drink water (at least 32 ounces a day), exercise & tone the body by stretching, walking, weights, meditation and enjoying sex.

Four years ago I started taking Estroven Energy capsules every other day with a meal (eating a meal with the capsules helps the digestion process and breaks down the vitamins). These capsules have Black Cohash (some reports say it is good for abating night sweats and mood swings, while others say it can be really bad on the liver) plus the capsules have multi-vitamins.

Every dinner, I take three capsules of
Ultra-Pure Omega-3 (EPA & DHA acids). I take the fish oil capsules (since I don't eat enough fish) plus, it is great for my heart and the mighty blood pumping through my body. Good news: it doesn't make you smell.
