I went to Crackers & Co. Cafe for lunch with my husband. I ordered the cream of spinach and artichoke soup with a 1/2 "wich" (rye bread w/ham & swiss). Delicious. Plenty of Snowbirds filled the place. Snowbirds are retired folks from the northern parts of this country or elsewhere and come down here to the desert to show off their wealth. Anyhar, my husband ordered the hamburger sandwich-really good by the way-& a salad with some sexy sauce.
Will I go back? Yep! I plan on taking my mother when she comes down to visit.

When is your mom headed down to visit? That's awesome you've found a new place to eat. You guys are really good at finding those little places that are really really good.
