This past Friday I went to a matinee and watched the movie, Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day I know, it has been in the theaters for over a month, but I finally had some extra time to spend at the movies. I was one of four women watching this movie and probably the youngest, since they had their canes hanging over the seat in front of them.
After all of the future previews and eating all of my popcorn, the movie begins. The plot, emotions and innuendos are outstanding. Sexy Lee Pace plays one of the lovers scorned-just watch his reactions-I can't wait to watch him in the fall line-up "Pushing Daisies". Every actor in this movie played their part perfect. Shirley Henderson (quirky toilet ghost in the Harry Potter movies & other cool movies as well) plays a wicked part although, you really have to listen to her since she talks so fast-what she says is paramount to the movie!
